Prayer for Healing

Heavenly Father,

I come to You just as I am…
not perfect, not put together,
but seen and known by You.

You see every part of me, Lord.
The places that hurt…
the wounds I don’t speak about…
the heaviness I carry quietly.

Nothing is hidden from You.

Father, I ask for Your healing touch.
Not just on my body,
but on my heart, my mind, and my spirit.

Heal what has been broken.
Restore what has been worn down.
Bring peace to the places inside me
that feel restless and overwhelmed.

Where there is pain, bring comfort.
Where there is confusion, bring clarity.
Where there is fear, replace it with Your peace.

Lord, help me to release what I’ve been holding onto…
the hurt, the stress, the need to control.
Teach me to trust You in the healing process,
even when I don’t understand it.

Wrap me in Your presence.
Remind me that I am not alone in this.

You are my healer.
You are my refuge.
You are my peace.

And I receive Your healing…
gently, fully, and in Your perfect timing.
